New gentle yoga class in Vinaròs

I am very happy to offer this new class. Gentle Yoga combines slow, flowing movements with conscious breathing and stretching. Mindful movement creates a deep connection between body and mind. The focus is on gently releasing tension, promoting flexibility and calming the mind. This course is particularly suitable for beginners, for regeneration and stress relief.
