For me, yoga signifies openness, curiosity, and flexibility. It creates space—both in body and mind—and invites you to explore new paths and consciously perceive your own needs. I teach a calm, flowing Vinyasa style combined with longer-held asanas that promote stability and alignment. Pure Yoga combines movement, breath, and mindfulness—for a clear mind and a good body image. With regular practice, the positive effects on health and well-being become apparent. In my book „The Warriors of Happiness- Why Yoga makes happy” I describe this effect in the light of positive psychology. My training in Svastha Yoga Therapy taught me: less is often more—especially when it comes to health issues.
