Personal Yoga for individual clients and small groups
If you would like to treat yourself to a special relaxation or a customised training session, I will cater entirely to your wishes.
Experience a yoga class that is completely customised to you and your needs. Perhaps you are on holiday in the Vinaròs, Benicarlo, Peñiscola region and would like to practise yoga so that you can get back to everyday life full of energy.
Whether as a private individual session or in a small group – together we create a personal time-out for body and mind.

Svastha Yoga – Personal training for health reasons
Practicing yoga also means taking responsibility and becoming active yourself. Svastha means being in your natural, healthy and uninjured state and being aware of your own self.
Svastha Yoga is therapeutical yoga for preventative purposes, for therapeutic support and to strengthen the self-healing powers of body and mind. Taking into account your very own physical and mental needs, it gives you a means of self-help. Nothing is more effective and healing than being able to do something yourself.
For whom is Svastha Yoga suitable?
Yoga is suitable as support for a wide range of symptoms. Not only for problems with the musculoskeletal and joint system, which may prevent participation in „normal“ classes, but also for respiratory and cardiovascular diseases, as well as internal and immunological illnesses. Most people are already aware that yoga helps with stress. But people with depression or anxiety disorders can also benefit from yoga.
Yoga offers a comprehensive approach to personal well-being and encourages people to become active themselves. However, Svastha Yoga is not a substitute for a doctor, alternative practitioner or psychotherapist.
What happens during the lessons?
The success of the practice path is based on a clear focus on your needs and goals in appropriate steps. In addition to relaxation and physical strengthening, yoga offers techniques to develop more mindfulness and self-awareness through breathing, movement and meditation.
After a personal consultation, we work together to develop an individual yoga practice (asana, pranayama, meditation) with the aim of integrating the learned aspects into your everyday life. An exercise plan for home enables integration into everyday life. No previous knowledge is required.
To start, I recommend at least 3 individual lessons as a basis.
Mentoring for your health
As a mentor, I support you in a warm, mindful and collaborative way. Drawing on my background in yoga and Ayurveda, I incorporate holistic approaches into our work together – always tailored to you and your personal rhythm.
Together, we focus on the things you can influence yourself: your health, how you feel in your body, and your lifestyle. In doing so, we cultivate a positive, supportive mindset – particularly during times of change or recovery. Exercise, nutrition and mindful routines can gently and sustainably support you along the way.
I see myself as a long-term companion who strengthens you, constantly reminds you of your own inner strength, and supports you in walking your path with confidence, serenity and inner stability.
